Original unpublished research papers (minimum 6 pages) using the IEEE Conference template. Submit both Word/LaTeX and PDF files (max 40MB).

Submit via the Microsoft CMT system at cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICAIA2026. Only electronic submissions are accepted.

All papers are screened using iThenticate. High similarity index results in immediate rejection.

Peer Review
Double-blind review based on technical quality, relevance, originality, and clarity of presentation.

Final Decision
Notification via email: Accepted, minor revisions, major revisions, or rejected. Accepted papers published in IEEE Xplore.
Important: Papers with novel research or innovative applications will be considered for IEEE Xplore publication. Microsoft CMT service is provided free by Microsoft.
